The smoking room.

Walking distance to Nagano Station. Warm rice, curry and coffee for breakfast. Fast check-in, working air-con with heater function. Desk light is bright enough to compensate for poor lightning in room. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly, luggage keeping service after check-out is much appreciated. Towel should be of better quality. Carpet in lift and rooms should be better maintained. Blanket should be more comfortable to keep warm in winter. Vintage radio wake-up system with NHK channel next to bed should be repaired.

The hotel staff were really professional and efficient. There is a compliementary breakfast of some local breads and curry. The hotel is a quick walk away from the station so it made travel very efficient. Overall it was a good price for the room in a convient location that served it's purpose since we had a lot of plans outside. The room was a bit dated. There was dust in a lot of places and the bathtub had a dent in it. There were small flies (3-5) that appeared in the bathroom which we were not sure where it came from.

Great location! 3 minute walk from Nagano Station and the grocery store. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around. Enjoyed the location. And the air/fabric freshener spray available to use smelled great! Extra blankets would have been nice. The comforter had some weight to it and so silky smooth that it kept sliding off the bed if too much hung over the side. It would be nice if there was a second option of blanket in the closet. Also, There was a traffic sign outside that kept beeping for extended periods of time. It only happened about 2 or 3 times that I noticed, but it’s not the hotel’s fault since it was outside commotion. Just keep in mind if you are a super light sleeper.

The location near Nagano Station is nice, and everything was clean and quiet. The breakfast is kind of minimal. Just curry and coffee and a few pastries. The building is dated and shows signs of wear.

Very near to the station. Staffs are friendly. Water faucet a bit too old. Could be a bit of mistake when switching between the basin and shower.

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance from the station, making it really convenient to get around. On top of that, the stay was quite affordable compared to other options nearby, so it felt budget-friendly without compromising comfort. I didn’t like the strong smoking smell inside the building. Even though inside the room it was still manageable, the corridor had a very heavy smoke odor. Also, there seemed to be a lot of fine dust particles around, which made me sneeze often. For people with dust allergies, this could be a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Location was good. Old TV channel selection was not friendly in Japanese. Brakefirst Curry was old enough to get me heartburn all day. I hit bathroom gaps . Room setting was poor . Won't recommend and never stay again. It's suprisde taking this booking.com .

This hotel is all about location! You can't really get any closer to Nagano station, and that is great! It is a basic business hotel beyond that, and that is just fine. The breakfast was simple but delicious. There was only one major downside. My heater could not combat the cold in winter! During the day, it was warm. But during the night, I was so cold! If you have a companion that is less of a problem I am sure. It made it hard to sleep. During a different season it would be better maybe.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, room is very cozy and breakfast served is simple yet delicious. Very short walk from JR Nagano station and there is a Family Mart and a Donki nearby in case you need to grab something to eat/drink at night None

This place is so close to the station! It's wonderfully convenient for travel planning, and for the record the nearby Don Quixote also has a big supply of cheap travel supplies like phone chargers if you're in a pinch. The breakfast was also great; I wouldn't usually have curry for breakfast but in the middle of winter it became a fun routine. The hotel is also well heated, and the wifi works fantastically. The staff could speak both English and Japanese and were very accommodating. The room was a great size for me as a solo traveller, so I think the double rooms could comfortably fit two people. The elevator was handy for having a big suitcase.

It’s near the station Beds are worn out. The bathrooms are outdated.

It's very near to the JR Nagano Station. Pillows were soft, bed were clean. Humidifier could be rented at the lobby. The complimentary breakfast options was a bit less than expectation..

Nice size room and very conveniently located directly beside Nagano station. Staff were friendly and the breakfast, though basic, was nice The room was degrading a bit and needed some repairs. Didn't impact function of anything, but not overly nice to look at holes in the walls/doors
