Very convenient location-connected to Nagano station via pedestrian bridge on 2nd floor outside DONKI Rooms are clean, smoke free. No publish bath/onsen.

Very clean close to transit, parking was a little confusing because it was under construction when we got there, but we figured it out cause there was a close by parking lot for 1200¥ for 24 hours. Overall great experience!

Really good location, just stayed here one night and was great value for money. A small room as expected, but the photos are accurate and it was still comfortable. Very close to the train station and lots of good food options around. Walking distance to many attractions too. The staff were lovely and helpful. When we arrived our bathroom had a really bad smell, we tried to air it out and left and came back to it still there. Thankfully the staff were very helpful and allowed us to move rooms straight away and there were no issues in the new room.

Clean, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities—everything is easily accessible. They even provide a hair straightener and pajamas for free, which was a nice touch. The location is unbeatable, right next to the train and bus stations. It’s on the pricier side.
