Great location. We walked from the Nagano train station to the hotel in about 10 minutes. Going slow with luggage. We walked to the TEMPLE. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. Lots of restaurants nearby Clean, free sake tasting, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Oh..the best was the massaging chair in our room. I needed that so much. So much walking that our feet and knees were screaming. The chair was a nice perk. There was a fridge, kettle, soap etc. Bed and blankets were comfy. We were on the 14th floor and we got to pick extra pillows from a rack. Our room was a very nice size. Regular western size hotel room size. I didn't like the fact you couldn't eat in the lobby. There's a huge table there with chairs and a sign NO FOOD. But we drank our coffee there so I think that was okay.

Excellent location, beautiful room, extremely comfortable bed, and the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful - a very lovely stay! Unfortunately the mattress itself was quite stained and old (not something you would know unless you specifically checked, as it was obviously covered by pristine sheets). It was certainly comfortable, but after seeing its state it did give me a bit of pause. But otherwise wonderful experience!

Loved this stay so much. The staff was friendly and the lobby had a variety of amenities available including toiletries, sake tasting, and a snack. My room was on the 9th floor where there was a pillow library. My room with two beds was spacious and had a nice massage chair and room to sit at a table. The beds and room facilities were very comfortable. Location good too, just a short walk to the station and beautiful views from all the hotel windows.
