This was a great hotel, especially with kids. It was clean, quiet, friendly, and felt fancy. Great location and good size rooms. Love the ice cream!

The deluxe family room is super comfortable with its own hot bath. Staff is polite and the free ice cream and cakes are excellent. Love the breakfast too. Nothing.

Breakfast was great but we were given incorrect hours of operation. Otherwise the stay was fabulous. Staff was kind and welcoming. Bakery was an unexpected pleasure! Value was excellent. Restaurant hours were not explained properly.

Great breakfast in the 10th floor restaurant with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The Onsen was fabulous

The breakfast was phenomenal but we were unaware it wasn't included. But, well worth trying on our first day in Japan. The location was fantastic.

The room was large and roomy. There was free coffee and cake, of your choosing, upon arrival, and a small snack to go when we checked out.

Great place to stay in Nagano city. Really loved the layout of it all. Having access to the cafe, bakery and being within walking distance of the station was perfect. Being that close to the station means you have plenty of dining options within walking distance as well. Check in staff were great, Beds were comfy, room was perfectly sized and had a nice view of the city. Good mini fridge for when you inevitably stock up at the 711 across the street. I would absolutely stay here again next time.

Most of it i like it. Maybe if you need suggestions, trained 1 - 2 staff english speaker. It would be easier.

Kids stay free. We could join 2-single beds together to make one large bed. Unlimited drip coffee take from lobby. Many guests do not shower before entering onsen. Cannot change room temperature.

free desert and ice cream everyday. Room is super spacious and clean. Bedding is comfortable. Quiet for good sleep. Short walk to Nagano station. Staff extremely helpful. Just fatastic!

The welcome cake and drinks was a lovely touch and the kids enjoyed the free flow of desserts. The public bath was comfortable sized and location of the hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the main station area and shops.

Proximity to train station great. Unlimited ice cream treats and daily cake were a nice touch. Rooms on the small side based on western standards .

The room was spacious and very clean. All the amenities were there in the room. During the check-in and check-out we got cake from the reception. The view from the hotel was so beautiful. On the public bath on the 10th floor, there were free Icecreams
