It was right next to Nagano Station and had a lot of food options nearby. Although it was in the center of everything, it was quiet and relaxing.

What I liked best was that they accommodated my request to store my breast milks in the freezer. Thank you. We also really loved the location. It was just minutes away from the station, very convenient. Nothing really. Our stay experience exceeded our expectation. Good job!

The complimentary beverage station is a hit. As are the donuts & muffins. The common dining area is also a major score for this hotel. Proximity to Nagano JR station is wonderful. Easy walk to convenience store. Somewhat small rooms but that’s expected.

Super close to Nagano Station. Close to 7-11 and other tourist attractions. Facilities are quite new, staffs are really nice. Beyond my exception. Nothing.

This place surprised us with its comfort she amenities, comfy beds, and nice staff. Super simple but well delivered hotel service. Lobby was a bit small and crowded but understandable.

Loved my stay here so much. The beds were comfy, the staff was exceptionally kind, and I loved the breakfast. Also loved all the amenities that were available for free. It was a short walk from Nagano Station. Nothing. It was a great stay.

Location: Very close to the station and shops. Wendy's was right next door and so was a nice Japanese seafood restaurant. There was free donut or cupcake on arrival which we weren't told about and just happened to see next to amenities bar, so we definitely took some, and they were actually delicious. Room: The room was extremely clean and modern. I liked the smart TV features. Bed was comfortable. Amenities: Items were in the amenities bar in front of reception. Lots of options but a bit awkward because staff watch you as you grab items, when no one's checking in. Coin laundry available and staff happy to give you change for your notes. Food: A lot of restaurant options in the vicinity and konbini. Storage: You can store your luggage in the locker they provide near the entrance even after check out. It was so handy when we had to wait for our train. The internet kept disconnecting in the room for the smartTV which was a bit inconvenient. The reception was a bit cold with one of the male staff, seemed to talk about us with other staff, and I understood some of what he said which was disappointing. The other staff were great though so I didn't let that bother me much.
