breakfast was great. tasty and diverse, a lot of fruit. room was spacious clean and room looked good pool was a bit cold, but not that big of an issue

Best hotel in Torbole All what you need here

Good location for access to the lake and adventures. The property was a good base for a cycling adventure. The bike room includes secure access, a bike lock system, a workbench, and a wash area. There was also access to a washer and dryer. The parking for vehicles was sufficient. The staff was invaluable and friendly, making special efforts for me to maximize my stay. The breakfast has some good options. The hotel supplied an updated map before arrival to navigate to the hotel, but it requires extra attention. Once you arrive, it is much easier to repeat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast food and options were exceptional, the rooms are big and clean, and the hotel provide many little nice touches such as water, biscuits, ear plugs, eye mask, sewing kit. The location is ideal, and parking is easy. The heating dial wouldn't change

The hotel from outside and the free parking 1- one of the light work by itself you can’t close it or open it - and when i told him to fix it nothing happened he close the electrical to close the light and told me it’s fixed 2- They didn’t clean the room for the second day, and I asked for cleaning after they figured out the issue. Even when I returned, they told me it was clean, so I told them that nothing had happened. They then told me that I had put up a DND sign, and I’m certain that I removed the sign before I left. When I removed it, the housekeeper was in the building. 3- The room light you feel in a hospital. 4- The blanket on the bed is too short. 5- I was hoping for some respect or kind words about the issue, but I don’t seem to be getting any.

Best hotel in Torbolle

Everybody in the hotel was very pleasant and exceptionally kind. Breakfast was excellent, and amenities were well provided. Hope to visit again someday in my life.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel is terrific. It is quiet and yet everything is on a walking distance: supermarket, all kind of shops, restaurants and of course the lake. The staff is simply outstanding. Their hospitality, kindness and ability to speak multiple languages is amazing. Breakfast at this hotel is something you really look forward to every single morning. There is so much choice and the staff will make you the best cappuccinos/lattes on request. Other huge advantages in this hotel: great swimming pool, ability to rent bikes for a very reasonable price, the curtains really darken your room so you can have a lovely sleep, the airconditioning in the room works perfectly, the bar in the hotel makes lovely cocktails and great lunches for fair prices... and so on. There is not much to complain about this hotel. If you want to be very picky: a slightly renewed bathroom / bigger shower and a space to do some sports (fitness) would really be the finishing touch for me personally.

It was amazing experience. Caravel Hotel is modern and very comfortable. Staff is super, super friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool, very good breakfast and aperitivo. We had great time ❤️ Little minus are thin walls that make u hear everyone around in other rooms.

Excellent in every aspect: location, service, and value for money. We were a family of five—four adults and one child—and had two rooms on the same floor. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was also outstanding.

Exceptional

We only stayed one night on our trip from south of Italy back to Czechia. The accomodation was excellent. The rooms were well equipped, clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, such large variety of food. The checkout was on Sunday at 10:30, I believe. However, the receptiponist offered us we could use the parking place and also the outdoor pool as long as we wanted on that day. That was really kind. Our original plan was get on the way right after checkout. Instead, we went to the lake first, then we went to the pool, had a shower and a late lunch and then got on the road! It was a fabulous morning I must say. There was nothing to dislike.

Location: supermarket, restaurants, bars, gelaterias, pharmacy, busstop are all right around the corner. To lake is a nice 5min walk. Staff: literally everyone of the staff has been super friendly during our stay. Grazie mille! Rooms: enough space, clean, enough facilities, bathroom nice and clean, balcony. Tv only has mainly Italian and German channels, nothing UK or NL. As always: not many power outlets, so bring your own extension cable if you have many devices. Breakfast: perfect, just don't get the coffee from the diy machine but have it made with love by the friendly staff on the big machine. Plenty of breads, eggs, pancakes, dairy's, cereal, fruits, juices, ... Bar/snacks: okay, cocktails so-so Parking is not so nice. There probably is a spot, but it's all very narrow, double parking also for half of the spots meaning the ones in the back can't get out so you might have to leave your carkeys at the lobby. WiFi is very slow. We were there during the Summer Olympics 2024 and couldn't watch any video online. YouTube also no-go. Not in the room, not in the lobby, not on the terrace. WiFi reception is fine, speed is just too slow. Airconditioning makes a lot of noise but does very little cooling. It's pretty "warm" everywhere in the hotel.

Rooms were tiny and AC didn't work well.
