Free drinks and games Stayed there for two days and the staff didn’t clean our room or make the beds. We even consolidated all the trash for them and the towels but they just left all the trash in the room. Didn’t vacuum or anything even after letting the cleaning service know if they can tend our room. Every other hotel will clean your room and make your bed everyday except for this one.

Loved the lounges and game room. The outside fire pit was so cozy. Having lemon sour on tap was excellent. Enjoyed everything. Wish we had a tub in the room like the pictures showed online.

The annex room was excellent with a great bathtub, smart TV and modern styling. Communication with guests was terrible. We stayed during the typhoon and there was no direction from staff. Our room was pitch black and we had no water. We had to pay for bottled water and weren’t offered any lighting. There were families in their cars because the annex side of the hotel was so dark. Messages to guests were sent via an in room smart device however this was useless once the power went out so important information was never relayed. Our flights were cancelled and we needed to book an additional night. The first staff member we asked told us we would have to book online which made no sense. Eventually we did extend our stay but when we returned to our room our keycards no longer worked.

The property was beautiful and had a lot of amenities. Free drinks, relaxing rooms, beach nearby. Annex rooms feel very secluded.

We stayed at the new building and it’s very clean, quiet and comfortable. The room’s spacious, staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Stylish, clean, well-designed, the staff was attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. The basic room was small for 2 people, we had to move the beds to allow for our suitcases to open. We did figure it out so it wasn’t that big of deal.

So many fun “extras” - sparklers in the courtyard at night with free cocktails & mocktails, lounge area open all day with darts, pool, board games, and unlimited snacks and drinks (all free). Free parking, and a beautiful view of the ocean with a balcony! Just some minor touch ups of paint in some hallways and rooms would keep things fresh.

Dinner and breakfast was delicious. Steak and French toast was the best I had. The lounges and drinks were on point. Late check out too expensive.

The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the 11th floor lounge - games (darts for us) and free beverages. Also liked the popcorn. We opted to include breakfast and recommend doing so - the french toast was delicious! Facilities were comfortable but a little aged in the main building. The annex was newer.

Adorable rooms! Looked into the forest with its own onsen. So cute and comfortable. Free flow drinks was great in both areas! Nice location, need a car. Bonfire and drinks at night! Lawsons accross the street. Loved it all!

I like everything offered. Especially i love free-drink which i had at ANNEX building. And dinner included may local cuisines , I and my kids enjoyed a lot. I do not mind things at the hotel while I stayed.

The hotel was beautiful and the facilities were well kept. Rooms were huge. There are many lounges and free drinks during most times of the day. Free parking and the hotel was located on a main road which was so convenient! Parking can be limited when the hotel is busy, but we were still able to find a spot!

Everything, it really felt so private and relaxing in every way possible. It was an amazing stay. The dinner buffet was a bit pricey

We could only choose separate beds, there was no king size bed option. In the end we pushed together the two beds. :)

Communication could be better, it was hard understanding since I don’t speak Japanese.

All the amenities and services were great!

The only problem with the hotel is they have 1 elevator, and it gets very busy and you must wait several minutes sometimes to get on.

Our room was very nice. The restaurant was good. We had breakfast both days we were there. We had dinner one night. It was Shabu shabu, which was ok. They had a man and woman preforming, they were very good.
