VERY far away from almost everything. And being forced to hide tattoos being an international tourist was rude specially with the high temperature we had during those days.

The staff were excellent and it felt like a real resort experience where we could relax and be catered to. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of selection. The restaurants on site are all quite expensive, but luckily there are plenty of delicious options just a little way down the road from the resort.

Ocean view and beach. Pool and restaurants not open at all times and very rigorous. Far away from everything. Not lively.

The staff was so kind and amazing! Location was everything has everything! We didn’t leave for a week and also we got engaged here so now we will definitely be returning many times in the future! Restaurants, breakfast buffet, water sports, boats nature

We loved the location, the common areas and the facilities that were open. Very good breakfast with decent vegan options. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was closed and the beach is not well equipped

A completely different feel from Tokyo. Very relaxing and remote location. Beautiful beach and pools. Loved the live music in the evening tenor sax and a great vocalist/pianist Without a car difficult to venture out. They do have a shuttle to sister properties, sign up early to make sure you get a spot

The location is absolutely gorgeous! Clean room with great view and great service. We were very disappointed that so much was closed. We would've loved to have a drink by the ocean on the patio bar but it was closed. The coffee shop was closed. Bar downstairs was closed.

Very large and comfortable room Nice beach The water in the pool is not too cold and everything clean. Feels very fancy The pool open late and close early. Most of employees didnt know english and was hard to communicate. The food is very basic (western food) Tattoo are not allowed, we got that message just when we had the checkin but the hotel didn’t provide anything to cover, i was expecting for some help from them.

Gorgeous private location, friendly staff, lovely resort layout. Breakfast buffet lacked the variety of tropical fruit from the area, nothing open to eat from 4pm til dinner poolside was disappointing. Seafood restaurant was closed.

Piano Bar could have been better equipped to handle foreign drinkers. The service was disorganized and the staff did not understand simple drink requests. There should be poolside drink and meal service. Missed opportunity.

The most amazing buffet every morning and then you have the choice to go for lunch as dinner as well (we tried it a couple times) and every meal is amazing. Beds are fantastic. TVs have Netflix so you can really cozy up if you want to stay in bed, and the beach views are magical. We laid by the pools or by the beach everyday and it was so relaxing. They also have mini golf and other activities that were fun. I wish you could swim at any part of the beach, it just the blocked off zone.

The resort was beautiful and staff were super friendly and respectful. They also had a underwater viewing tower, and plenty of available activities within a few steps. If we knew, we would have booked a snorkel tour outside of the resort. Btw very beautiful if you love taking a stroll. The food could have been hotter. We did notice that the fries and other foods were always either Luke warm or almost cold. They need a better way to keep the food hot at the buffet. The food tasted okay though.

Great location right on the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was amazing. Bathroom slightly dated, bath hours limited, no weights in the gym, only cardio machines.
