Clean and easy to get to sites and the staff were very helpful. Additional cost for many things: it costs extra for beach seating of any kind, umbrella, towels, use of inflatable water structure….

The view is amazing, also the breakfast was good. Everything is illegal: 2/3!!! of the beach is some kind of playground and you have to pay for it (on a private beach), so the „free“ swimming area is 100% too small for this many guests, you have to pay for a parasol, you have to pay for a towel, you can’t go swimming after 6pm and if you drink a beer, you cannot go swimming at all, i had a small snorkel set and even this isn’t allowed, you have to book the tour, you cannot smoke on your own balcony, also there were around 50-60 young adults on some kind of graduation trip and they behaved like 10-year-olds, you have to get away from this beach because they really do anything to ruin the experience and just wanna make extra money

I liked the location especially with it being on the beach front. There are also a variety of restaurants around but they only accept cash. They also give a 2 liter bottle of water every time they clean the room. The breakfast is decent but they have the same thing every other day, so it gets repetitive. I didn’t like how they charged 200 yen for one towel even if you are a guest in the hotel. They also charge 2,000-3,000 yen for chairs, tables, and umbrellas on the beach. So we could’ve easily stayed at a cheaper hotel and just came to the beach since it was public. They also charge 3,000 yen for the water obstacle course even if you are a guest, which is only 500 yen cheaper than if we just showed up from another hotel. Lastly, the pool was closed even though they marked it as open when we made the booking (a day before). The hotel and immediate area also has nothing to do if it is raining, it’s lucky we didn’t have kids.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was also very good. Beach access was easy and convenient. The beach rules was too strict. Swim was only allowed from 9:00 to 18:00, if you drink alcohol you can’t go into the water again. We had to go to the beach at the Best Western, that is beside the hotel.

Beach is nice, breakfast is good. You have to pay extra to use beach sunbeds! And the pool is permanently not in use and we had no previous warning of it. It's very misleading from the hotel...

The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was a nice size room for a Japanese hotel. The view was amazing — the morning and the nighttime ocean view were beautiful. I didn’t like that you have to pay for extra towels. It turned out that I didn’t need extra towels, but I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay ¥220 if you needed one.

Nice beach, big room, good breakfast You had to pay for beach towels but they are the same as your room towel so just take those to the beach - approx NZ$35 to play in the inflatable beach area is excessive. Also no tattoos at the beach!!! Plus no swimming allowed outside of netted area due to jellyfish. Pretty isolated - not a lot around the area.

Location very close to the expressway. Very comfortable beds and large rooms. Breakfast was good but for a long stay it did not have much variety. No gym which I expected for the price.

On the beach Very boring. Locals were very rude to foreigners. Most places wouldn’t even let us in. Don’t even want to hear the “they don’t speak english” excuse because phones have had google translate for over a decade. Would never treat Japanese people who didn’t speak English like this in America. They also charged me 7 bucks for losing a room key when I paid over 1500 bucks to stay there. Hotel was clean but overall the area was anti tourist and obnoxious about it. Don’t even get me started on Nago unless it’s a chain restaurant don’t bother.

Amazing place, beautiful room with a nice view, very good breakfast, clean bathroom, confy beds, everything was more than perfect for my stay here.

the.room was spacious enough and the view.was great. the.buffet needs to improve, not many options, the quality was so.so the beach had tons of plastic garbages, need to.clean up a bit

The view from the room was amazing. The room is so spacious! The staff were also very friendly. The location is in a quiet area but restaurants are located within walking distance. The facilities may be a bit old compared to other modern hotel but still acceptable.

Friendly staff, good size room and good breakfast buffet. Without your own/rental car there is not much to do in the area. Also there are not many dinner options. Also 2 times there was no space in the hotel restaurant! I missed having a lunch opportunity or coffee bar.
