The experience was nothing short of horrible and completely unacceptable. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent booking experience. We had reserved two rooms at [Property Name], but upon arrival at 1:00 AM, we were informed that the rooms had been given to someone else due to a wedding at the property. What made this situation worse was that no one from the property took the courtesy to inform us in advance. This left us stranded late at night, forcing us to search for alternative accommodations at 1:00 AM, which was especially distressing as I was traveling with my elderly parents, who are senior citizens. This experience was nothing short of horrible and completely unacceptable. I strongly urge you to delist this property from Booking.com to prevent further inconvenience to other customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Breakfast was not good at all. Location was so so. Option is only puri bhaji or omlet & tea or coffee OR Poha & Paratha and tea/coffee. There is no dining area. It is an open area on the road. In 1 corner is the reception counter, 2 sofas are there for the guests, 25 sq ft kitchen. Matchbox like property having 4 rooms in each floor.
