Nothing good about this property It was disgustingly dirty. Mold everywhere. We saw a rat in our room and could also hear them in the walls. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom and in the breakfast bar. Stains on the bed.

Property is located at a great location and the staff (Ms. Pooja) was understanding and caring. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. After discovering bed bugs in my original room, I immediately notified the front desk. They were somewhat accommodating and moved me to another room, but unfortunately, the same issue occurred—bed bugs in the new room as well. I barely stayed an hour in total, and yet, despite the unsanitary conditions, they still charged me 15% of the total amount. It’s baffling that they would charge for a room I couldn’t even use due to health concerns. I would never recommend staying here. Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness. The property definitely needs maintenance and also the staff mentioned that in couple of months they have a new property opening after which this will go under maintenance. Hopefully, nobody else experiences what I have experienced.

The hotel is centrally located. The breakfast spread was good. Found the deluxe room with twin beds a little small. The wardrobe was placed in a corner near the side lamp so it was difficult to access. The safe was covered with dust. The shower stall and the bathroom were very tiny. The music from the banquet hall could be heard in our room up to 11 pm.

Staff was super friendly. I was allowed very early check in at no extra cost. Teh ambience of the dining room, Good food at breakfast WiFi connectivity was very poor, It didnt work at all inside the room. Cleanliness inside the room, particualrly the flooring was not up to the standard
