The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with a comfortable ambiance. The service was prompt and professional, and the staff was courteous throughout our stay. A big plus was the availability of late-night food orders, which was very helpful after a tiring journey. The overall ambiance of the hotel feels premium yet comfortable. Great option for both business travelers and families/couples looking for a convenient stay in Nagpur. Would definitely recommend it.

Receptionist is very arrogant, non cooperative. His attitude is like guest shouldn't come again.Rooms are too congested. Very disappointing Experience. We shifted next day to other property in Nagpur.And had Excellent Experience, hospitality, best food quality there. Worst food.No hospitality by Receptionist. Restaurant staff is Excellent.

The location is very good, next to the airport metro station. The breakfast is fine and the bed is good The hotel did not have hot water in the shower for the whole five days. You could have a bucket of hot water to wash, but it’s not what I expect at that price. When asked for a discount of the room on the account that I had to wash off a bucket they refused and asked for a good review. The understanding of the hotel for standard of service is somewhat lacking to say the least. Internet is also not up to standard and the icing on the cake is that the staircase in crammed with furniture while the emergency exists are locked from outside. This is nowhere a four star rating. Please revise booking.com

Too high price on booking.com compared to other sites fir the same hotel. Ended up paying 5000 rs more compared to my colleague who booked the same hotel from other site so felt cheated

I guess the counter person who has been really helpful, I must appreciate Suryakant for helping me beyond his duty responsibility, I had a flight to Mumbai early morning and was not getting any means to travel to airport , Suryakant dropped me with his own bike which was really nice of him, Great to have Surya in your team At Urban Hermitage , Keep it up Surya

Staff was helpful There is road construction, which was very noisy and they don't have soundproof rooms. I blame booking.com for not really understanding the current state and listing the property. I really want my money back as it was really diaster and feel cheated.

Hygiene, cleanliness, polite staff - Thats it. Period. The dinner buffet spread was shockingly small. 1 soup, 1 starter, 3 veggies, 2 meat, 1 dal and 1 dessert for 499/-. We didn't go for it. A-la-carte menu was a further level of disappointment. A handful of main course dishes. We finally ended up ordering food online.... The room was nice, clean and hygienic. Toiletries provided on demand. But, is it worth the money for a second trip? No, definitely not! The complimentary breakfast was the simplest form. Imagine cereals missing in breakfast after paying 4500 for a night. The omlette over cooked. The toaster used was a domestic Philips appliance, where the pop-up doesn't work and we got numerous slices of charred bread. So, if you want to ONLY and ONLY sleep and have some spare cash to burn, then this place may be considered. Their only saving grace is hygiene and polite staff. Had they charged me 2000, I would have given them 10-stars. Being brutally honest here!
