The rooms were so dirty and dusty. Not at all as seen in the photos. The beds were so dirty and unclean and bathrooms were not upto mark. A horrific experience.

Location is close to airport as advertised Let me begin with a detailed critique 1] Checkin experience was terrible. The staff complained of not being able to find reservation , then not receiving the deposit we sent and overall made us call their booking portal at 11.30 PM even though we had 3 senior citizens and a child in our party 2] Rooms were horrible - For a price of Rs 4000 we were given a so called suite. The room was stinky, we killed 2 roaches, bathroom was poor. 3] Staff was terrible - Asked for an extra bed. THe mattress was stained, the sheets were small and on complaining multiple times they didn't change it. Eventually we had to follow the staff to the store room and find something that was barely good enough for the night 4] Breakfast started at 8.30 AM instead of 7.30 AM. Food was average at best

Service was poor No towels available after requesting a number of times we were told we will get but dint receive till the end. If they would have told prior we dont have we could arrange. Staff makes us wait 15 minutes for check out coz person at the desk is on a call so we supposed to wait. Bills also procided 1 by 1. Pay the 1st then they give a second after 5 minutes Pay the 2nd they will give a third again after 4 minutes. Later they said check out we will provide towel So we should plan our trip or timing according to them. No shame no a single sorry.
