Dirty Oldish Electricity running in the water, got électrocuted (luckily its only 110v) Breakfast is just a 30 rupees worth Palao Smells cigarettes everywhere

Our late night check-in was quick. Staff was courteous and provided decent service. Breakfast and tea were alright. Random loud noises from the AC and fan kept us awake all night. Saw a few roaches in the room and bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved. Bathroom window had a missing pane. In one of our other room the toilet jet spray was busted.

Only reason to choose this property was i was informed that there are 2 separate beds.As i was travelling with my colleague,i prefered separate beds.There was no other reason to travel 7 kms at 4 am to this property.I was informed there that htey dont have separate beds,at 4 am there was little that i can do.We stayed but i am extremely disappointed.Booking was done through you & things were not delivered as promised/shown/agreed.Please see that my booking amount is returned to me

Near to nmc garden, room was clean and comfortable. staff are good. Breakfast was tasty. service was slow. check in was smooth.

Room was spacious with all basic furniture. Bathroom was neat and clean that is very much important. I requested for late checkout as my trail was running late so they provided me late checkout for one hour.

Room clean, AC and Gyser is working and in good condition. Wi-Fi range is excellent, half km walk to find local bus and metro Worst breakfast as everyday poha is served , tea traate like sugar tea . Water bottle everyday 1 free was promised but later charged . Without request rooms will not be cleaned everyday .

Location is near to public transport to metro and bus, near to airport , AC , Gyser is in working condition but the charge socket is not provided near to bed No charging socket and charging point for laptop charging and worst breakfast . Free water bottle promised but charged later
