We had no hot water for a shower several mornings. The front desk sent someone to fix it very quickly. Food ordered from the menu usually took an hour to be brought to our table. The servers did their best to check on the status.

While booking, I requested two rooms, as we were travelling as a family of four. The instruction I supplied was that if the connected rooms are not available, then at least try for rooms next to each other. When we reached there around 3 PM. Only one room was available, and for the second room, 15/20 minutes provided a second room. these rooms were not next to each other, what I felt was the staff was not considered on our request and in the night there were people next rooms where not good ones, till late night they were drinking in the rooms and were many very loud sounds and banging the room doors very loudly. we as a family did not feel safe that night. The hotel staff had control on which level and they could have offered rooms to us. but they choose not to. I don't think we will stay again in this hotel where they have a party culture and the hotel does not have any control over their guest behabiour.

24/7 dining options, Good food, Courteous service staff. Shower cloth curtains, out of range rain shower, missing hand shower, floor drainage, water spilling outside of shower area, inconsistency of water heating during various hours of the day, dark corridors.

They helped us arrange transportation to the airport. All staff were so friendly, the breakfast was delicious, we ate it almost every single morning. The dinner was yummy too. The showers were fantastic too. The location was nice for us, we walked a lot and took some Ubers to places like Rahi Sauji, Corridor 7 coffee roasters, Milton's Dresses, the temple, etc. My friends who were getting married stayed at a different hotel nearby, they said Enrise by Sayaji was much nicer based on the rooms when they came over to hang out with us on the last day.

expired packaged food and drinks in the mini fridge they had expired packaged food and drinks in the mini fridge. the staff didn’t alot the suite room initially that I paid for while booking. they said that they dont have the room available. but upon standing my ground and not checking in they took their time and said that the room is getting cleaned.

The location, valet parking. I stayed in executive room. I found it poor value for money, lack of premium feel (cheap material used), no gym, no swimming pool, AC takes a long time, no ventilations, could hear toilet flush sounds in the room, bathroom door is poorly made, couldn’t place 2 proper suitcases, very little table space, jammed door. Staff is good, but poor management. I asked for invoice soft copy and they couldn’t even do that.

The bathroom I think is a disaster; there is a large curtain covered glass partition/window RIGHT in front of the toilet bowl. What is its function?? There is no hand shower; just an overhead shower. So, my wife who sports long hair had to ask the management for a bucket and a mug...old fashioned, but serves the purpose. The breakfast was ok, but you should have curtains to cover the glass windows facing the street. Breakfast time is when one likes to sit watching the street and that's when the morning sun bears down.
