Obviously, the pool is the key highlight of this facility, and we enjoyed our time there. During the day, there was enough shade to relax, and surprisingly, they allowed my children access to the night time pool for 1/2 the adult price. It was a great experience.

The pool, the spacious room, very nice hotel overall The lounge was nice but when I went later in the day the food was mostly gone and when I went early in the day the food hadn’t been put out yet (I think there was a sign saying the bread was coming many hours later?) so I feel I was misled a little bit. The drinks were all still available, coffee, ice cream, etc, so there was definitely some stuff out, but I was hoping for some bread and a few other things and wasn’t able to get it on either day of my stay

Friendly and helpful staff, exceptional pool & club lounge, stylish interior and great breakfast!! I felt like the water in the pool could have been a little cleaner (debris etc)

Great location and nice amenities like the 9th floor and lounge. Nice rooftop bar and breakfast was really good. Rooms were newer and comfortable. Our car didn’t fit the darling garage so we had to park on the road. No area to park to check in. Had to drive around the back and then walk through the back entrance. Definitely saves space that way but hard to unload.

Nice location, clean, free coffee, comfy bed and quiet. Very Nice pajama! Pool was closed sadly.

The location is the best close to the pier and the monorail and shopping street. The beds were comfy and the laundry room was very helpful Just the fact that trash pick up is not explained when checking in

Amazing breakfast buffet, beautiful pool and lounge, kid-friendly, walkable location, and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a a bit tight for more than two people.

Clean, buffet is what I expected. Many local stores and close to shopping street (10 mins walk). Staffs are nice room cozy. Would recommend Need more dishes change in morning buffet

It was very clean and great location. We had dragon boat racing the next morning and the ease of checking out to walk to the port was amazing! N/a

Expensive for the size of the room. Even being alone it would have been crowded. No place for luggage inside the room, so kinda disappointed

Pillows are way too thick and they have no options.

Breakfast buffet was good! Room was nice, upgraded to executive twin & access to lounge. Staff was difficult to understand
