Location is excellent when you're to take a ferry to the islands. It was worth the money we paid. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant did not offer vegan nor gluten free options. Everything else was better than expected.

The only thing we like about this hotel was the location, it was close to the port also the staff was friendly. There was a weird smell in the room and it was so dirty. Thank God we only booked it for one night. Floor was dirty, walls were dirty it looked like something was spilled.

Convenient location for catching the ferry to the Kerama islands the next morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. Various facilities (vending machines, washing machines) exist. -

Most of the staff were very polite and kind, as is generally the case all over Japan. There was one person at the check in counter that seemed irritated that I didn't speak Japanese very well. Apologies! I am working on it.

The location is pretty close to the Monorail station so therefore it has easy access from the airport. The shore is very close which is good for a relaxing walk. The room could have been a bit cleaner. It would be also good if we could open the windows.

This hotel is perfect for those who have plans to go to remote island from Tomari port as it’s located right next to the port. There are many stores and shops where you can buy food and snacks anytime you want, which is also awesome. On the top of that, it is very clean and has comfy bed, spacious room. I’ll definitely stay this hotel next time, too :) None
