Large rooms, very comfortable for larger groups or families. Bathroom very large, everything very clean. Laundry machine on each floor was bonus. 5 min walk from larger grocery store, many restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. No one at check-in, had to call Japanese number to request service.

Large comfy room, perfect for families. Large bathroom. Great having a kitchen and eating area. Fantastic having your own laundry machine just outside your room. Very private as there's only one room per floor. A bit difficult checking in as only one person works there and they may be elsewhere (ie cleaning, fixing things, etc). There's a phone number to call but coming from abroad, calling a local number can be tricky.

Huge room, lovely toilet, very good location for the port. bathroom had a funky smell, but disappeared after a bath/shower.

Very friendly staff helped us check in. Very spacious and clean room with a nice open layout. Situated in a convenient location.

Very spacious and comfortable room, our daughter enjoyed the big bath very much. Walkable distance to kokusai dori shopping street. Very close to the tomari port if you want to explore the nearby islands. Around the area you have 24hrs convenient stores and a supermarket, some local restaurants. We were able to have 1hour late check out with extra 1000yen, which is useful for us to fit our flight schedule. It’s a bit dusty on the window side/ under the curtains. But it’s not a big deal.

clean and tidy. big room and big bathtub. Location is good. I booked deluxe room, but finally downgrade to standard room due to overbooking. Very disappointed, although standard room also very nice.

Excellent When I arrive at 6pm, front desk have no staff to help me check in. I waited so long, a random guy come by and call a lady to help me check in
