The bath and spa, close proximity to the airport and very clean facilities.

Easy to get around in the Naha area. Always a taxi to grab if you need one. There is a supermarket across the street that makes it handy if you need anything and a 7/11 and cute boutique store in the lobby with local souvenirs and products. The Fountain restaurant had a very good breakfast and the bar on the 12th floor has an amazing view. A great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Happy hour watching the ships come in before going out for dinner or if you are too wiped out their dishes are quite tasty also. The escalator was broken... so we just got in a few more steps.

It was convenient to stay at this hotel. 7/11 and gift shop was there. And cross the hotel there is a super market. The only I didn't like walking around out side near the hote with my daughter , isbecause there is many gentlemen club.

Breakfast!!! And their staff :) the hot springs were good, just wish both were open so we didn’t need to go to the other building one. It was too busy and noisy. There were a bit noisy group of tourists. The hot spring in the main building was too busy and noisy.

Spacious and very comfortable beds, loved the public bath, sauna and the gym and the breakfast has many choices. Great value for the money!!! Stayed for a week and TV has only Nippongo language, old type of TV . No news whatsoever for a week. Need to upgrade their TV’s which is very obsolete!

Our room was clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. Outdoor Swimming pool closed. Indoor swimming pool small and not very clean. Most restaurants closed. Far from the city center.

Quiet surrounding. The room is clean, large and cosy with comfortable bed. The onset is good. A bit far from monorail station and not many eateries around except for a supermarket nearby

Spacious room, warm toilet seat, that's a standard in Japan, really love it. Bathtub, managed to enjoy it. Ceiling fan had a layer of dust.

Unfortunately during the day the Onsen in our Spa Tower was under repair and the sauna was closed for repairs.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Booked a couple massage and it was so relaxing. Thumbs up to the staff at the spa. Would definitely book again.
