About everything. Hotel is extremely dirty, dust everywhere. Zero value stay away as much as you can
-
Onsen is nice but not good enough. 3 pools all same temperature 38.5 Celsius degrees and they don’t have sauna.
-
breakfast was great. Osen was great. Staff was great. pillows were hard! Room was small. Bathroom was smelly.

I could only point out the breakfast. After 5 days there it felt very repetitive. It was not bad, don't get me.wrong, just always the same. The omelet was very very good.

Facilites and Location
-
Location and clean The beds felt like we were sleeping on bricks! The beds were so hard! All of us woke up with a stiff back and hurting. The staff was not very friendly or helpful.

The staff is very kind and they help you grab taxis, hold your luggage for you, and the bakery at the reception floor is amazing. If you plan on using the pool all day, just know you HAVE to HIDE any tattoos… a little unfortunate because we love the pool but we also have tattoos. Just had to avoid it honestly. If you ca easily hide your tattoos it’s not a big deal. I had to use two separate towels and it honestly looked weirder being all wrapped up. If you plan to use the pool, make sure you are tatted up lol. Onsen is a no go for tattoos

The staff was very friendly and helpful The property is too big for the few facilities they have. The indoor swimming pool, which we had thought was a good idea to keep our teenagers busy if it was raining outside, was super overcrowded and we could not even get into the heated indoor pool. We were in the Annex, which is really far from everything. Breakfast was in an enormous, extremely lit up hall. It was extremely busy with lots of children running and screaming, even if we didn’t have small children.

Hot springs Too far from station and smell sewage

Everything is nice, there are stores and 7 eleven inside the hotel and location is very convenient Their mattress were uncomfortable and they should change their mattress and bed
-
Very dated and the bathroom smelled very bad in the room. The bed was hard ànd The pillow too. The staff was exceptional and it was nice to have a 711 on the property. Overall, I wouldn't stay again but we weren't miserable.

There was a 7-ll in the hotel. The spa was great and the bath. Buffet breakfast and dinner was impressive. Smoking rooms available.

Onsen and the many restaurant choices were nice with a decent selection for breakfast. I liked having the grab and go bakery option for off hours. This is a very large hotel that attracts big tour groups close to the port of Naha. It could use a significant renovation and redesign of the common areas. The hotel is lacking a comfortable lounge area to sit and work within an otherwise enormous lobby. It would be a good idea to sell half of the hotel and focus on a tighter operation and renovate the common areas - particularly the gym, pool, and restaurants. The shops were not high quality and could be replaced by a proper common area and/or coffee shop. I was confused by the 2 different (huge) breakfast areas which had nearly the exact same menu. Feels like it should be divided into 2 hotels with different price points and some shared amenities.

I liked the pool for my son, the friendly and helpful parking police, and the shops across from the lobby. The room had no kitchenette, small balcony, and was too touristy honestly my mistake for that i didnt know when i booked it

Property outdated. Slight smell of mildew.

Good staff comfortable onsen! Food a bit expensive.

I liked the guidance of the Nepalese stuff. They saved my trip especially one Nepalese in front desk. I told him that last time they gave me room far away from main gate and need to walk a lot. He suggested to add extra money to get room in the main building which has elevator with direct access to front desk and swimming pool. Nepalese stuff are awesome and helped me a lot.
