Had a wonderful view of the ocean and far away islands. Location. Had to pay for a taxi daily just to get to the highway. Microwave oven was in the lobby next to the front desk! I was too embarrassed to use it Also such a pain to go up and down on the elevator with your food! Ridiculous. Had to call every day to say whether you wanted full cleaning or just exchange towels. Other hotels just let you put out a sign.

The breakfast was varied and taste was fine. The staff were friendly.The rooms were kept clean every day. We had a conference at Tiruru just befind the hotel within walking distance. We had our conference banquet at the dining hall and everyone, including vegetarians and vegans, were very happy with it, and many enjoyed the all-you-can-drink alcoholic drinks option I could not find the hairdryer during ny 3-night stay.

I was attending a conference, so I chose this hotel because of the easy access to the conference venue. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit hot, and the air conditioner didn’t work very well, but the staff gave me a fan. The breakfast was okay but quite plain. It was exactly the same every day, with no variation. The food seemed industrialized, and I don’t think anything was cooked on site. So, if you are staying there for a long time, my advice is not to purchase breakfast for the entire stay, as you may get tired of eating the same food every single day.

The Pacific Hotel is located 5-7 minutes from the airport. It was very convenient for us and about 10 min walking distance to the beach. 3-5 min walking distance to the store. The breakfast was very good, it was a feast. So many choices and variety of Island food. The staff was very helpful, we appreciated it very much.

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were spacious enough. There is a large selection for breakfast. There is a fully stocked bar in the basement. One story I have to tell is one night I went down to the bar area to meet my daughter for a drink. She pointed out a lady that appeared to have had a rough day and may have had one to many drinks. When the lady was done drinking, the female bartender escorted her to her room to make sure she arrived safely. Like I said the staff was super friendly and helpful. As a dad I'm glad to know that if the was my daughter she would have been taken care of. My only complaint is there are only two washing machines, so if you have a long stay and want to wash your clothes it is hit or miss that someone else is already using it.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. They did everything right. It is a bit far from where the tourists are however, I like walking so it didn't pose a problem.

Very comfortable furniture. I did not take advantage of the meals, since I was only in the hospital to sleep, but the option was available at decent hours. Great water pressure and clean bathroom. The smell is a bit odd in the lobby. Maybe it’s a smoking lobby? Or there are many smokers around the area. I only walked in at night so I didn’t see many people and don’t know for sure about the smell. It’s only in the lobby, so it’s not that bad. The location is good if you have a car, there’s not much immediately surrounding it, but it is very close to the airport.

Great location, great price, great breakfast ! Toilet not as in picture of the room. The room picture had the toilet in the corner with space. But the toilet was right as you open the door in the wat of the door and bath, ridiculous toilet position! Also no fan, the bathroom got so steamed up we asked for a humidifier, why would a bathroom not have a ventilation fan?

Great breakfast with lots to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cafe in the hotel provides a great selection of cakes, light meals and snacks. We prefer a double bed.
