Great location, great food, kind staff, good house keeping, good Onsen, good bed and I was very pleased with everything.

Closness to station, port and supermarket. Public bath. Complimentary drinks. Even though I booked non smoking room because I’m with infant, the room smelled like tobacco, especially the bed and the sheet and my baby was coughing all night.

Easy to park. Decent location with some restaurants open late. Friendly staff.horrible room experience though. Ok breakfast. Requested non- smoking but gave us a smoking room which was like sleeping in an ashtray! Beyond a strong smell of cigarettes. We were told they had no other rooms available. Opening window, air conditioning- nothing helped. Minimalist tiny room.

Convenient location. Big spa like bath. Good WiFi. Nice pjs. Free drinks all day in the lobby. I wish breakfast was not included. Prefer a discount instead.

It is close to the ferry terminal which is why I choose it to get there in the morning, the public bath is good to have. It is old, first hotel in Japan I experienced with front desk stuff not able to understand simple English and not so willing to help and no bottle water in the room.

Good location because it is close to Ferry port. Having public bath and massage chair. Good breakfast and nice staffs. The room has musty smell when first time entering the room because air con and humidifier are off.

Free drink was nice. Smoke smell. In the comforter. Elevator could be cleaner.

Cleaning issue on the last day. The bed was not cleaned, and a hand towel was not provided.

Public bath The room was dinky. Smoke drifted in. Breakfast had too much pork and fried food for my sensibility.

Very nice place close to bus and train station. There was an Onsen included. Breakfast was also very good and the staff was very freindly.

Very nice "onsen". Delicious breakfast. Good location, close to the monorail station. The bathroom is moldy.

Everything was perfect. If pressed for a critical comment, it might be about the pjs. Too heavy, too thick, too big, itchy. It’s ok, I had my own night wear. Location is perfect, and even though it faced a major highway, inside it was quiet and peaceful. The public bath on the top floor was so relaxing but not so big so pick a time to avoid the crowd. I went at 5am and 5pm….totally alone!
