Easy Check-in, clean, great service for the price

Check in was through this iPad which wasn't very intuitive. Seemed quite unnecessary and was one of the worse check in experience I had at Okinawa in general. The audio coming from the projector was incredibly poor, basically meant it was unusable. All the beds we had were right next to eachother, where the photos show two on the top and two on the bottom. I suspect that the nice one at the top of the building. We didn't have that view. Also the hot water button was a bit hidden away, and took us a while to find how to turn hot water on.

Clean atmosphere lack of parking location

The self check in process was easy, I didn’t do anything ahead of time. It was very easy to communicate with staff via booking.com chat function. They provide codes ahead of time and were able to complete everything else upon arrival. There were four of us staying in the four bed room, a bunk bed situation. The room is spacious for most places you get in Japan for a reasonable price. The beds were comfy and clean. The shower and toilet had separate rooms which worked out great. There was also a bit of closet space. We did need to make sure the water heater was on and that was an easy button. The codes to get in are helpful when sharing the space so everyone could come and go. The projector was also great, we took advantage of watching shows at night. Lastly the location was perfect. You are in a quiet area, 5 minute walk to the port, 15 minute walk to the shopping street and there are family marts right by for snacks and drinks. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

I cannot sleep peacefully during 4 nights there. There was a lot of noise all the time even around 2-3 am.

Well worth your money for a large group. The room was spacious with a small fridge, stove, utensils and dishes to use. There is a projector screen in the living area that works well regarding video quality. The sauna was amazing and so was the rooftop hot tub! Having codes instead of keys for entry and rooms made things really easy to navigate as I didn't have to worry about losing any keys. The location was great, just a short walk to Kokusai-dori and some of the main shopping attractions. The bus ride to the airport was also quick and cheap (costed something like 300 Yen. The beds were fine for me but I'm sure most would find the mattress thin and a bit uncomfortable. The couch was a little more comfortable to lay on in all honesty. As an American, it did take a little while to understand how to use the shower as there is a manual heater that needs to be turned on for the water to be hot, but it will run instantly once turned on. While the video quality was good (for a projector) the audio was sub-par. I'm pretty sure the speaker (within the projector itself) is blown due to previous stays turning the volume up to much and blowing the speaker. I would suggest maybe an external audio bar for the projector.

Jacuzzi and the sauna functioned well, and it was really relaxing to use on our last day. The price is a bit high for the facilities provided, and for that price, it could have been cleaner, as the curtains were moldy and the sofa had stains.

Very nice and clean, spacious rooms It was a little bit tricky to make the check in through the app since you are required a link that Booking will delete from the messages. So it became a bit difficult to make the process

The mattresses were hard as a rock. If they could update the mattresses this place would be perfect

Nice bedroom with spacious bed. No luggage storage

My friends and I really loved the huge pull-down movie screen! The beds were large and comfortable, and we felt that everything was clean and convenient. Great location! Be mindful of anyone in your party who would struggle with getting up and down the ladders. They were more difficult than they looked in photos, especially at night. We all agreed that for longer stays of 5 days or more, surrounding curtains for the beds would be nice for a bit of privacy now and then, but this wasn't a deal breaker.

It was clean, modern. Easy check in process. There was no parking. Beds were a little hard.

Big room, comfortable, good facilities. Had openable window to get fresh air. No staff on site, need to video call back to their office for assistance. No facility to hold your luggage after checkout, before your onward journey.
