We came to a room for 3 as 3 people. We had only two places to charge our phones so one always couldn’t at night or in general throughout the day. Couldn’t use the bath because the water floods the bathroom. We ate food in the room at night and next day afternoon after we came back and the room is “clean” but there is still the trash we put in there. When they “cleaned” our room they didn’t give us enough towels each time. Truly didn’t enjoy our stay

The location was wonderful. The room was very clean. 1. When arriving at the hour I even informed them prior (within their check in time) no one was at the desk. No bell to be able to ring up someone. I tried calling out in Japanese but no one was available.. Untill a japanese guy (I think it was a guest too) asked me if I was waiting at the desk for someone. And I told them no one was there and I was indeed waiting. I went to the restaurant to get the desk manager... Bit strange... 2. Also the wall are extremely thin. I could her my neighbour told to a guy on the phone where as I could hear the guy on the other side of the line as well.. Talking in japanese about that 'He must be drunk againnnnnn' multiple times untill at least 1:30 AM, where I decided to put on the AC, the room air purifier and the bathroom air extractor fan to create white noise to be able to fall asleep...

I like the price for what I got, for a room for just a couple, it's perfect. Underneath the bed was very dirty

The staf are very helpfull. The bed are very confortable. The facilities are good, near to restaurants, bars, markt. The acustic are not good, we can hear the noise of anothers rooms. Unfortanable has not breakfast.

effortless stay. value for money. location was decently close to airport. ¥1000 taxi ride. good spots to eat about 10 min walk away. AC was super cold and very comforting after a humid day. shower was extremely small but I got used to it.

it was near the airport, convenience store, the beach, the staffs were all kind and they speak english. they were even so happy to assist everything that we needed. nothing
