The location is good. ~3-4 km walk to the beach or a cheap tuk-tuk ride. Close to restaurants. The little terrace over the pool is so peaceful and the pool is crystal clear. My only regret is we didn't stay longer.

They upgraded us for free to a room that included a living room which was great. The pool seemed clean and staff were great also the food for dinner was great. Close to the airport less than 10 minutes away and close to 3 other beaches at most 15 minutes away. Staff was great but seem understaffed. The cleanliness of the hotel. There was dead bugs in our room on the window seal and trash left under our bed from previous guest. The sandals that were provided were already used and towels we received were stained with what looked like blood. Also to much excess natural lighting that you can’t block or cover. The hotel seems as if it were made in a rush from the lack of cosmetic upkeep. Our front door had no seal for the bottom meaning bugs could get in easily. Also has no microwave.

The The glasses had so many finger prints: at the main door, windows at the room, the gym. Also the gym was highly dirty, I went during my stay 3x and it was always dirty and the AC was not working at all.

I really liked the room that had the private jacuzzi, the room service, and all the staff were very cheerful and polite. When we went out to the private jacuzzi, we noticed a forgotten cigarette butt, and overall the area wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

Breakfast was OK at the best. Not many options provided like other hotels. Not sure where the raving reviews regarding breakfast came from honestly. Rooms were very small. would be nice to provide something to hang the towel. May be the villas are good.

We did not have time for breakfast so they packed for us. It was a fantastic spread I could see. Swimming pool lagoons excellent. Best ever we stayed at in terms of The staff is so welcoming and polite. They went an extra to help us when we checked out and were looking for a grab ride to the airport. They said they will book it for us using a local app because it will be way cheaper compared to grab. They booked it for us and helped us a lot and we ended up paying way lesser at the airport. Rooms were very hot when we walked in. Would have been better if they had pre-cooled them.

The rooms were very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The pool is stunning and the views are absolutely amazing. The hotel staff were wonderful - helpful and very friendly. It’s a bit far from patong - but very close to the airport (you don’t hear it)
