The water boiler, the tee cups and the bathrobes Low value for money. Considering that it is a 20 min walk to the beach and to the restaurants I think the price is expensive. Next to the house there is a loud construction site and sometimes the workers were less than 5m from the little terrace. In other words it was not as piece ful as we had expected. I suggest the host put up a temporary fence for privacy and provide free bikes to borrow. The pillows are also super big, making the sleep uncomfortable.

The house was very cozy and romantic. Bed was spacious and soft, balcony was very nice, toilet was stylish. Room was clean. Wifi was good. There is a microvawe and small fridge. AC worked very well. Nice beach is around 5 km away. Grab is taking orders to there. These two houses are next to other big house where owners/staff lives, but it was okay.

Close to the airport, the couple who run it were so accommodating for an Aussie solo traveller, helped out with transport and was a great sleep after getting in from a late flight. Over water felt so relaxing

owners were very friendly and extremely fast service. ants coming in when we left food out. but to be expected in thai nature. ants left when no food was available

Very modern spaciousness, great facilities including smart TV which if you wanted to you could access Netflix, YouTube etc with good WiFi. Friendly people with friendly dog on the property too. Wasn't easy to find the first night, but a new sign was up the next day.
