Breakfast was incredible, so many yummy choices. Staff was so friendly and spoke English beautifully. Pool was clean and not over crowded. Our kids enjoyed adventuring through these narrow pool pathways for a fun adventure. Beach had low tide, so we could walk and explore and swim in shallow water. So many fun activities on the resort, we enjoyed movie night. Restaurants on site were delicious and had beautiful views on the beach. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. Our family enjoyed playing card games on the balcony overlooking the pool. We absolutely would go back and stay again.

The staff in the restaurant was nice and kind ,, I ordered fruit to my room it came with bug inside, me and family had food poisoned! The beach is so dirty not clean and can’t swim never in the beach and no one seat near the beach from hotel to guide the residence and help them nobody bodyguard no swim guard naughty activities they said we have fishing, but no fishing?!

We upgraded to a two bedroom pool villa and was perfect! Although the hotel was far from many attractions in phuket, we enjoyed spending most of the time in the resort as it had many activities. Variety of the cuisine

The resort has a very relaxing ambience with very friendly staff. The pool was gorgeous too, facing the beach and was connecting to some units. I booked the 2BR with balcony and the interior was very nice and comfortable. There is not much shops or restaurants nearby. But since we only stayed 1 night, we just at the Big Fish and it was great.

Amazing facilities and beautiful property. Everything was private but close to all facilities It was a little far from the main road and a tougher walk to the main road

Furniture and rooms are excellent. So is the breakfast and also the pools are ok. The beach is not nice. The sea is to tight to swim, the water has a muddy colour and there was quite a lot of garbage, although the hotel cleaned its part.

Location is great, on a secluded beach with 3 beach restaurants within 5 mins but with easy access to the busier Nai Yang beach. Breakfast was fantastic The bar and restaurant were too much like a business hotel for us and the service was poor - especially in the bar

Well organised. All the little details catered for. Whilst was apparently busy it never felt it. Very good standard of food and drink. Brilliant location close to airport, but tucked away and on a private beach surrounded by jungle, didn’t feel like Phuket. Brilliant departure lounge option enabling us to spend the whole day at the hotel and have access to a great shower, lockers and lounge area before a night flight. The family room we had was a bit small given we had two teenagers with us
