It’s very close to the airport and has a great pool. They didn’t turn the aircon up in preparation for our arrival so it was like a sauna in our room. Took about 90 minutes to become inhabitable.

I stayed for 2 nights and I never found my villa from the first try. It's funny, but it's like a small labyrinth. Actually made me enjoy it! Staff are very helpful, location is good - not far from a beach. They have massages in the hotel, you don't have to go anywhere, also they have a restaurant with a variety of dishes (you can even find steamed fish if you're on a diet or not eating fried food). I'd definately stay here again, very lovely place. P.S.: didn't use pool, but it looked great and comfy. Fridge was leaking, but they fixed it after I asked. Everything else was good.

I am very surprised by the silence from your management team. I have reached out several times to discuss a refund due to the war preventing my travel, and the total lack of engagement is distressing. Good service is measured in times of crisis, and so far, your hotel has failed to provide any. I've been trying to reach your customer service for weeks regarding a war-related cancellation and no one is responding. I am very surprised by the silence from your management team. The location was great and the rooms were spacious The breakfast was very poor with little choice. The area around the pool is in need of refurbishment. The Boss Bar was terrible. Currently knocking down part of it. I did ask prior to arrival if there was any building work going and was told there was not. A complete lie! Some of the staff were fine but there was a general disinterest in most of them

The AC was quite poor and the room was very stuffy. Some stains on the mattress and the curtains. Also lots of stray dogs in the area - none of which were aggressive towards us but the barking made us nervous when we walked from the resort to the local restaurants.

Proximate to airport Staff weren’t amazing. We had a broken glass and were asked to pay which wasn’t a big deal due to amount but more principal

Arriving at a building site with no apology or offer of any reimbursement. Breakfast poor repetitive boring little or no change I 9 day stay☹️☹️☹️

A bit worn and a very hard bed.

The pool was lovely when open, and the room itself was quite comfortable. The location is great. Unfortunately the property is currently under construction which we were not informed about until we arrived. The gym was available for use for half of the time we were visiting, otherwise it was closed for renovations when we tried to use it. It also had no air conditioning, making working out quite difficult. The shower had poor water pressure and no temperature control - either boiling hot or freezing. To lock your door, you have to slam it- inevitably meaning you can be woken up neighbors at any time of day.

I loved the separate bungalows. There was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. The water from the shower, just ran out of the building and onto the ground nearby. Didn’t feel very sanitary. From office staff refused to even try to hold the door open for me at check out. Even though, three of them sat there, doing nothing else. Didn’t feel like good customer service.
