I very much liked the location of the property, it also has parking in case you come in by car. I had just returned from safari so was extremely exhausted. The staff welcomed me warmly and professionally, my room was exceptional, tastefully and uniquely decorated, and with the most comfortable bed! I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that, but overall my stay was short and sweet! Thank you Socialhouse! Nothing not to like!!

Very Secure. Gorgeous interior design. Sophisticated and stylish. Quiet room. Fantastic staff. Lots of places to eat, drink and relax. Nothing. This place was perfect.

Very clean, staff is incredibly friendly. Metal detectors and bag scanners to ensure guest safety. They helped my fiancé with an engagement and it was so nice! I’d absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was great and the rooftop is beautiful. With events going on at the hotel, outdoor security is not the best at getting people parked and keeping traffic flowing. On weekends I recommend meeting your driver or uber on the street to avoid delays

We loved this place! It was like being in the middle of Nairobi of the future rather than Nairobi of the past. Great staff, fabulous check-in experience. The food was good quality and tasty. As a vegan, it would be nice to see a few more plant-based options on the menu.

Perfect place to stay in Nairobi with a great community around it

Security was really good. Very comfortable rooms. Good range of restaurants. Restaurant service was really slow for the whole visit. Putting expenses on room account seemed to be challenging, and instead of just settling at the end, the hotel wanted security for a set amount which, when utilised, meant I couldn’t charge more expenses to the room. This was strange as I wanted to settle account at the end of the stay.
