Location and lobby restaurant close so early

I liked the various options, I liked the friendly staff I could see flies on a number of occasions

The room itself was tastefully designed and very clean, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom was equally well-maintained and met a high standard in terms of cleanliness and presentation. I also appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who contributed positively to the overall experience. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and offered a decent variety of options. However, while everything was generally good, certain aspects felt more standard than exceptional, especially considering the overall positioning of the hotel. Unfortunately, the stay was affected by a noticeable level of noise, the source of which remained unclear, especially as my room was not located near the elevator. Some of the lights in the room also did not seem to function properly, which was inconvenient. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected more modern in-room technology, such as the ability to stream content on the TV or access a wider range of channels. While the breakfast buffet itself was of good quality, the overall experience was somewhat diminished by the need to repeatedly ask staff to refill items. By the time this was done, it often felt too late to fully enjoy the offering.

People are very friendly and happy to support and answer questions. Hotel is clean and quards are in place to ensure safety. The building looks like 90s, location is not safe, rooms and gym, restaurant look quite outdated. We stayed 2 times within same week and for second time were charged almost double plus we had to pay for breakfast. Breakfast on second stay was bad- waited for coffee for very long, then arrived with cold milk when asked for hot, some food trays were already empty and not replenished.

Clean, good size room, fresh and clean. Given the price, these issues were a disappointment: First off we had booked the twin room. The air conditioning made odd sounds, we were at the beginning of the hallway where our room backed onto the first and second floor foyer so we could hear all the noise from our room. The bathroom door go stuck as it rolled and the water from the shower leaked on the floor. We asked to change rooms which was fine and the stay was a lot better. The overall feeling at reception wasn’t nice and we barely got a smile or a good welcome on arrival. This is the woman by the way. The other guys were nice enough. The food was OK - the breads were often stale and hard including the burgers and the breads at buffet. Otherwise the stay was fine, but felt disappointed that we paid to stay at the Hilton because we assumed excellence, and it was not. During our time in Nairobi we stayed at Swiss Lenana and the Ibis and we can say these two hotels offered a nicer experience in terms of reception and quality.
