Clean and modern with good staff. Takes a long time for the hot water to reach the shower.

The hotel is clean and centrally located so it's easy to access various attraction sites. The staff were lovely and very accommodating of our needs. Will definitely visit again. The Wi-Fi was a little slow sometimes and hopefully in the future they could add a drinking chocolate option in the rooms but other than that everything else was exceptionally good.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The value for money is insane! The location great, the rooms were very comfortable and pleasant. We had a family connecting room. We also loved the buffet breakfast!!! The bathrooms were poor and in desperate need of updating. Fixtures were falling apart and the sinks would flood so poor drainage.

None. It's my belief this hotel is run by Crooks & Thieves whose aim is to steal from customers! As a result of my experience, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided and feel compelled to share my experience with others as a cautionary tale.

This hotel blew me away. After spending 3 weeks in Europe, we arrived in Kenya for a 24-hour layover; this hotel was our oasis before our flight back home to Cape Town. The staff was terrific; they were helpful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast was incredible, fresh and tasty. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. I was not there long enough to find any faults. That said, even if we were there a week, I doubt I'd find any faults.
