Convenient, good security, staff were really friendly. Rooms were large & clean. We had a suite with 2 rooms so was perfect for a family. Bathrooms were a little tired and never came with a plug for the bath to give the kids a bath.

Pool. We spilled a little coffee and wiped it up with a hand towel. At check out the staff said the towel was ruined from a fire and showed us the towel that did not have burn marks but the coffee that we wiped up. They had the towel in a bag as proof but still said it was a fire that made the brown marks. Just the smell of coffee was evidence enough. We had to leave for the airport so we were not going to argue it any further. Was charged $18USD for the towel. Moral of the story if you spill a little coffee or tea do not wipe it up. It will cost you.

Location was good Unprofessional staff behaviour, had kept some money along with the passport and other documents. When I got back, the money was missing and this was immediately reported to the front office staff. They sided with the housekeeper and did not report the matter to the management. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Apparently apartments don't have AC, only the rooms. I didn't need it it though because it wasn't hot season. Opening windows can freshen up the air too (I'm told they're just going to install misquito screens too, so that one can open windows even at the night). Lights were a bit dim, wifi a bit weak and fragile router but ok (router stops working whenever the cleaner accidentally touches it).

good location you can actually walk to Yaya centre about 1km also the carrefour which is closer. the restaurant with room service is very good and a total asset to this hotel probably is overpriced
