Very modern, clean with good services, including laundry, although I thought it was a bit on the expensive side, but convenient, as they deliver the same day. The breakfast buffet could be better quality. Eggs are not that expensive but the quality was very bad. Almost white yoke. The coffee was very watery, in a coffee producing country? My shower did not drain properly, although they fixed it. Then I returned at a later date and the shower head had a lot of leaks. Although I could still shower with plenty of hot water, these are details someone could check.

Great stay at Maa Hotel Nairobi! Love the location!The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Joseph, who was very supportive and always willing to assist whenever needed. His excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer care across all departments, great facilities, clean, safe for solo travellers, great city view, great internet connection. Could improve on breakfast variety and quality/ freshness of some food items e.g. juices, pastries, etc.

Easy check in and possibility for late check-out. The room was located on the 6th floor, did not hear any noise from the mosque across the street. Waiting for the elevator takes forever, not very efficient, we took the stairs when we didn't have any luggage with us.

I was looking forward to some afternoon time in the garden area but it's now a restaurant. They need a place where guests can just go sit or meet people other than the lobby.
