It was an excellent stay at the hotel. The cleanliness level was very high specially at the bathrooms as it has shattaf (the bidet shower) and this rarely in Kenya. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and they helped me to arrange my trips in Nairobi and the safaris. The room service was professional and helpful. The location is also excellent in Kilimani neighbourhood where everything is near by. Thanks for everything and hope to see you again.

I like the property garden as you enter the property and the overall look of the hotel. I didn't like the breakfast at all. We paid for 5 days but only ate breakfast 3 times and we were disappointed each time we ate breakfast at the hotel. I would not pay for the breakfast. I would get some food outside of the hotel.

I love the location and it was clean and staff was great My mattress was sunk in on one side. I keep forgetting to tell them to turn the mattress. But that partly my mistake
