The staff were absolutely helpful and engaging. I give them even 10 ?. Breakfast had limited options and lacked variety. Most of the food was Chinese, which wasn’t bad, but I’m not a rice eater. The coffee was cold, and when I asked for hot coffee, I was told it could be heated in the microwave—something I absolutely didn’t like. That said, the breakfast staff did their best to accommodate my needs with the limited options available. Still, I was quite frustrated at not being able to find a proper cup of coffee. For me, breakfast without good coffee is incomplete. Also, having labels on the food would be helpful, as not everyone is familiar with the dishes. On a positive note, I ordered lunch, and it was absolutely delicious.

limited breakfast options if you dont eat meat as it is mixed into the food view was not great, the window was half blocked by the roof the gym consists of 4 treadmills and cross trainers. i understand space is an issue but maybe some different weight dumbbells, jump ropes and elastic bands could be added

I had to change rooms since the cigarettes smell. was unbearable. My new room was okay so have designated rooms away from non smoking clients. some react to cigarettes and others do not want to be secondary smokers level of cleanliness in my new room. Toilet wall and the Toilet bowl was not as clean as my previously allocated room which had the downside of cigarette smell

Very close to local amenities, felt safe in the area. Staff helpful and polite when room changes were requested. Water pressure out of the shower was a trickle.

A really excellent stay -- safe, kind staff, convenient food options, comfortable! Some WiFi connectivity issues for remote business work

Room was clean and OK. Wifi was OK. Breakfast was OK. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant poor. Electric sockets in rooms were all a Chinese type and non-standard for Kenya. Coffee in room but no milk available even when requested. Noisy building works outside.

The staff were super friendly and nice to me. The hotel was clean and in a good location. Maybe more food diversity would be a idea.

Staff Dirty. Sheets didn't fit the bed. Cheap electric water heater in the shower.
