Having a whole apartment to ourselves including a washing machine and a kitchen. Amenities were very basic. No reception. Breakfast is also not convenient.

The place was really cosy and comfortable. The place was cleaned on a daily basis. Nothing.

Very large and comfortable space for the price. The property felt very safe and was in walking distance to two small shopping complexes with nice restaurant and bar at each location.

When we first arrived, we were a little unsure but the place definitely grew on us. Despite being dated, the place was clean and the beds were very comfortable with nice linen. It felt safe with off street parking and it was not noisy at all. Cleaning was done daily if we wanted, breakfast was good. The water in the shower was Luke warm only. It is quite old fashioned.

The hotel is located in a central part of Nairobi, making it easy to get to/from anywhere in the city. The availability of three shopping centers (including grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops) within walking distance is also a huge plus. The staff were very accommodating and communicative regarding inquiries and requests. They also went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and safe. Finally, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the furniture and beds were comfortable.

We had a good stay in Njema Court. The city is a couple of minutes away by driving and the bed was very comfortable. It was what we've expected and what we used it for. There was no warm water despite using the water heater. Maybe an instruction card might have been helpful.

Location is supper . Could just walk to the nearby Rhapta square mini mall. The apartment also has grocerie store for my small shopping. The internet was an issue - very slow & some times on and off - I hope they improve but the rest was just fine for me .

good price, location, room cleaning, Office staff during day time., well ptotected. breakfast service was always late, on Call supervisor never pick up the phone which was frustrated, TV Did t work well and you had 5/100 channels and they didn’t solve that for us.

This place is an excellent vaue for money! If I will need it again I will definietly come back. I liked the cleaniness, the kindness and flexibility of staff, the availability of some shops just under the building and the location: central but not noisy The Gym could be better equipped, even if it has teh basics
