Everything, but especially the excellent housekeeping and gym.staff Food was super., possibility to have breakfast outside very appreciated Check out delay (second stay, second time tgat check out took aaaages). Internet was cut once the bill was aettled night before... Work to do Dusit...

Overall a well maintained building with good facilities. Amos our housekeeping staff was very helpful and went out of the way to assist. Nothing too bad but there were some basic mistakes made by the reception staff during check-in and even during the stay. For some reason there was always a bit of confusion. For example- they took a $100 deposit for incidentals at check-in and then kept insisting that there is no deposit so i have to pay for food and drinks on the spot and during check-out they realised there was a deposit after all and now I have to wait for a refund for 7 days.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I felt like a VIP staying there. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing! Fresh fruit, fresh juice and eggs made to order. Pool on the top floor was a nice place to relax. Music in the bar was too loud.
