Executive Residency by Best Western Nairobi

Breakfast was good and sufficient. Gym had enough equipment for visitors. Staff was friendly. The leather couch in the apartment I occupied needs mainrenance. There wasn’t enough cable TV channels and this shouldn’t be the case, given the amount paid per night. There was no internet on my last day.

Great place to stay for business or personal travel. Clean, very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Great restaurant on site, great location in a quiet and tree filled neighborhood. Not walking distance to shopping centers and the washer/dryer does not work well.

The location is good as it is close to the main roads and Mall The Staff are excellent.

Spacious. Comfortable. Good breakfast food. Good transportation from airport. There was nothing about the property that we did not like, but would be nice to be closer to airport and have more reliable TV channels.

It is always very well maintained, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with great service.

Other than the amenities and the location, the truly remarkable staff are the main reason I always return to this hotel. Hope the management will continue to keep them happy and motivated

I made my booking a few days in advance, so it might be that I got a discounted deal. However this is a very good residence in. The room had a complete kitchen with stove, normal size fridge, pots/pans etc, washing machine and ironing board. There was a living room with couches etc, but also a good size desk with a nice view. Furthermore there was a balcony with sun in the afternoon. On top of that there were two bedrooms and both had a bathroom. You could easily stay here with a family of 4. There is a supermarket at walking distance. The onsite restaurant served a very good breakfast and the diner options were also tasty. The only thing the facility could improve on is the gym. It has the facilities, but they are not as new as hoped for. But I would not call this a deal breaker.

We’ve stayed at a few Best Westerns in the U.S., but this one in Kenya really stands out. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. Eve at the front desk was exceptional!! from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. She was professional, kind, and always attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her warmth, genuine care and consistency made us feel valued as guests. She truly went above and beyond in every interaction. She is such a joy. When we had a small issue with our room one night, Abigael resolved it quickly and efficiently, moving us without any hassle. The whole team was friendly and responsive. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained. We also loved the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day. Always nice to see a smile from Peter and the kitchen team We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you Eve ,Bestwestern and all who made our stay awesome

Excellent breakfast and Chef /Staff was very friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean. This is our third time we have stayed in this property and definitely use it again. Nothing.

I was very satisfied with the service at the Executive Residency, Best Western. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Judy at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and gave us a lot of great tips during our visit. The apartment was spacious and very clean! The location of the hotel was great. Everywhere we wanted to visit was a short uber drive away. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nairobi! The only downside is that the mattresses were quite hard and slightly uncomfortable if you are used to softer mattresses.
