The casheir hospitality was zero even their body language, there was not enough facility inside the room, once I arrived I had to take my luggage all the way my room omg that was so unkind and poor management.

I love the breakfast style. I wasn't really conversant with the food at the rooftop, so after breakfast in the morning, it's advisable to get food outside if you don't know how to eat strange foods.

There is no in room fridge.

The facilities and the hotel services were okay. Nothing to complain about. I had a standard double room, which ideally should house 2 occupants. I had a friend visit and stayed for less than an hour. She was classified as an occupant, and then an extra charge was applied to my charge. This is cheating, in my opinion. Staff were so unhelpful in this regard as well. Not going back.

Excellent staff, great lobby and breakfast area, great rooftop bar. When it comes to the rooms, it’s your regular 3-star budget friendly European Ibis - tiny rooms/bathrooms that remind you of an RV or bedroom on a ferry, noisy-ish, average internet - only that this location charges 4-star non-budget friendly, regular hotel room prices.

The food on the rooftop and the service in the resturant. They forgot us, gave us the wrong things 3 times and charged us double for our food... Overall a good experience beside of that one resturant. If it was only that i would give it 1 star. Really not profession in their work.

You have to go through security every time you enter which seemed excessive as the neighborhood seemed really safe but I security was super friendly so no big deal!

NA The air conditioning in the room was terrible. Warm and could.not sleep. I needed a cooler room. I reported it to the front desk. The temp was still at 23 degrees

Breakfast was great.Kenyan tea,Matoke was delicious ? Room size was abit small,no drawers or closet.
