I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that create a truly relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I truly loved my experience here and sincerely hope to return again in the near future.

Pool is can be crowded at times because of swimming school and at times it can get a bit noisy since the sound proof is not the best one. But all in all, this is only a very minor minus.

Friendly and professional staff. The Fitness center/facilities (Gym, sauna and massage) were excellent. Meals were delicious and breakfast consisted of a nice variety of options. My room was directly opposite the pool and on my last night, there was noise at the pool side as early as 4am by some group of kids who came to use the pool and that woke me. I needed a good sleep since I was traveling later that day, but couldn't get one. Kindly restrict usage time for the use of such facilities to a time when guests are awake and place noise restrictions there due to proximity to the rooms.

Convenient location in the heart of Westlands, with green space and outdoor pool and spa. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the needed amenities. The staff were friendly and accomodating, and the room rate was good.

Oasis of green space in Central city Westlands area. Handy access to a mall. Rooms of a good size and beds comfortable. Large self service breakfast choice. Happy to stock extra complimentary water. Nothing in particular.

The location the grounds the pool and the staff I have stayed many times before but I get a sense standards have dropped cleanliness in some places. TV didn’t work in my room and some of the food was poor
