The location of the estate was very nice, with security at the gate and close to many facilities. The apartment was clean, well maintained with all the commodities. Will definitely recommend this apartment.

Location in a gated community. Very secure. Staff very courteous and accommodating. Bedding very good. Very large rooms. A place to put luggage is missing. Bathroom acceptable but could be improved with shelves.

I really appreciated Bryan’s welcoming and kindness. Loved the breakfast!! The staff at the kitchen were so warm and nice!! Great reception! I’m grateful!

It's not the hotels fault but the other guess at the hotel is always slamming the doors when ever they leave early in the morning

I really enjoyed the service and hospitality. The location was perfect for me, and the staff was very helpful. Overall, during my stay, I was 100% satisfied with the service. Next time I visit Nairobi, I will choose to stay at L'Aziz first, and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

My stay at this hotel in Nairobi was nothing short of amazing. The environment was clean and relaxing, and the food was absolutely delicious. What stood out the most was the incredible service—Jecinta and Brian were especially outstanding. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my errands. Thanks to them, my trip felt smooth and I never once felt alone. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nairobi.

The rooms are large and well lit with plenty of space to spread out - there is a kitchen area and lounge as well as the bedroom - with a comfy bed. Food is from a small cafe on the ground floor and can be delivered to the room - menu is limited but good. Staff were friendly and helpful from the lady who checked us in to the security guard on the gate. The car park is small but we always had space - its secure with a high wall, gate and guard. The area is pretty noisy - and with no a/c we had the windows open - from dogs to car alarms, people, traffic, mosque ... just a lot of noise. There is a full kitchen but no crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc

I was lucky to be on the 10th floor, the view was beautiful. Meals ordered to the room also delicious. Comfortable spacious apartment. No AC though. Also, the imam in the mosque made huge noise with his prayers he sang in loud speaker, even during the night, but that's probably just some seasonal issue because I think it was Ramadan. The hockey field was interesting to watch, the noise from the players was audible but not disturbing on the 10th floor. Overall good value.
