Lotos Inn & Suites, Nairobi

The room are very good size and amenities were good. A lot of out door noise. The breakfast options were not great

Clean, spacious, well-lit suite. Well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hot water kettle. Efficient check-in. Great on-site Chinese restaurant (6th floor) was open until 10:30 pm, so we could have a late dinner after arriving by train from Mombasa without leaving the hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located in Westlands, making it easy to get around Nairobi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of options, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Balcony offered nice view. Nothing significant to mention. The stay was comfortable and met expectations.

The room was clean and had everything except an airconditioner, but weather didn’t demand one in the period I visited. I had the room towards the field in the 4th floor. The view was cool, worth the price. Chairs fabric and restaurant decor are old and visibly claiming for an update. Despite the bad appearance of these items, the room was very clean.

Location. Room was big and had a small kitchenette. Bathroom was big too. Allowed us extra hours before checking out, and kept our luggage safe and for free until we had to leave for our flight. Staff was kind and cooperative. The towels in the bathroom seemed to be not too clean. Mosquitos in the room, but we later discovered a small repellant plugged into the wall. Lobby had mosquitos too.

We had a room on the 4th floor and heard the kitchen activities in the morning and evening, that was not nice. And also the placing of plates and cutlery were audible from the room as all floors are connected by an indoor courtyard. The staff at breakfast looked rather bored and unhappy.

I love how hospitable, accommodating and kind the staff at Lotos are. The breakfast was decent, with a variety of foods to choose from, and the room was clean with all the basic amenities provided for. Special thanks to the entire team, especially Brian and Mercy! Nothing

The food was very good, the lamb chops were delicious. The room is equipped with everything you need.

Showergels and Shampoos - can definitely bring in better fragrances, current ones smell like a cough cyrup! No lotion tubes in the rooms. No sweeteners in the rooms or at the breakfast buffet. Have to ask for these everytime or makedo without.

The location is great, Westlands is where you should always stay. The staff is super helpful, asked twice for wakeup calls as well, and they didn't forget The rooms are spacious and in decent conditions There was some noise due to some events on the football ground outside, i mean its not in their hands but that was annoying. The bed was making a creaking sound but it was still comfy.

The front desk were very accommodating, we needed a taxi for a 1:30 am pick up to the airport and it was booked and paid through the hotel for us and everything went very smoothly.

Kitchenette doesn't have any facilities with many drawers and divisons and microwave without even one dish or fork. You have to request!! to get. Furniture and seats are very old and outdated, but overall value for money.
