Excellent location, close to different amenities and safe. Clean facilities with ample parking. No pets, which is wonderful!! Amazing customer service from the gate to reception 24/7. Too much noise from the local pub next door. The room was too small with no AC, fan, desk and chair.

Location and customer service Single room too small

The location is great, it is very close to Kilimani Mall and Yaya Centre, plus lots of restaurants and shops. (Personally I think Kilimani is the best area for tourists to stay because it is more walkable than for instance Westlands.) We stayed for three nights and got to two apartments and one single room which accommodated our group perfectly. The apartments are very spacious and the kitchens is really well equipped. Breakfast is really good (although a bit slow). Everything is very clean. Everlyne went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and Catherine and the night staff were also super nice. The security guards are also very nice and helpful when you are coming and going.

The staff and the location. The room I stayed in didn’t have a refrigerator, which I found to be a major shortcoming. It’s a relatively low-cost investment that would significantly increase guests’ comfort.

We arrived Very late at about 2am. We wanna grab some beer and as a smoker I need lighter in urgent. The Staff who's on night shift was super helpful!!! He gave us his own lighter and find a 24h liquor store near by. I'm so thankful for that. 10 rate should have 8 from him! And as well, room's clean and huge! Things' all good. Nothing

Excellent location. Ample parking. Backup generator. Hot water. Night manager (male) provided exceptional service. The morning manager (a lady) kept hounding us for reviews, yet kept finding excuses for anything we needed. The night manager was excellent.

Private and safe Sound from nearby clubs

The budget rooms are a little crampy. All else is awesome! The service mostly. The responsiveness of the staff. Great location.

Good place, Good Breakfast Meal Being Charged for a broken water glass and Video Shared via WhatsApp as evidence was NOT necessary for such calibre of visitors

The Neighborhood is Noisy with a club music upto late night Rationed drinking water (1bottle)

Breakfast was great. Thank you. Nothing. Only that the reception is hidden, it took us a good number of minutes to locate it because we arrived at night. Otherwise, a fantastic place to take a break at.

Room to small, defective lock, rails, and no hot water system. Given only one towel to be used for 2 days. Ni hair dryer. Iron box, face towels, no refrigerator. Not given option to pay through my credit cards or USA dollar! (Daylight robbery).

Excellent stay. The compound is safe and clean. The staff especially were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend staying here. It is also very close to many nice restaurants and cafes.
