One of the ladies who work at the restaurant was always very rude. No customer service

It's decent and reasonably priced The beddings were a bit thin but they brought me a heater so I was comfortable. The parking was not the most convenient but they have tried to resolve as best as they can.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The place is spotless, the staff are genuinely friendly, and it's situated in a safe neighbourhood. You can comfortably work late into the night before heading out to a nearby supermarket. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Nairobi.

I liked location of the property and I like the breakfast. Unbelievable the stuff very helpful. Anyway I love everything about this place. There is nothing I didn’t like it. Everything was beautiful.

I was extending my stays cause of this nice hotel in a good location near malls, restaurants, nightlife, friendly staff and security. Very little mosquitos at the 6. floor and not a single bite. I like the African breakfast every morning. Definitely will be back there.

The hotel is good. Comfortable and clean. Staff are polite. Food is good. The only problem is that the hotel is very noisy. There was construction upstairs until almost 10pm. It started again downstairs at 7am and there was a lot of noise from people in common areas.

Rooms are very large and cleaned, the Staff are very cooperative. There is a restaurant and more around. Nothing.
