New, spacious, modern hotel Apparently with breakfast to take out you cannot order boiled eggs and bacon or sausage. There’s one option and that is a veggie sandwich!!!??? Come again! My tea time cheesecake had not fully thawed out … what a disappointment! Food service is disappointing.

Very well maintained, polite and professional staff. The hair dryer kept switching off from overheating every 5 min.

Nothing Aged furniture, the price is too high compared to the quality. Furthermore, I arrived 7 am looking for kindly early check in but they forced me to pay almost total day accommodation fee or no option to get in early.

Very central but quiet location in Westland. Friendly staff. Excellent free Wifi. Large 1-bedroom apartment. Good central heating/ventilation. Standard of furniture and kitchen utensils no more than acceptable.

Large comfortable rooms, friendly well trained staff in all areas, great breakfast. Clean modern Spa. Excellant WiFi everywhere. Good conference facilities. Heated pool.

Just that it was spacious Staff wasn’t very kind or helpful especially at the reception or at breakfast, the service was extremely delayed, everything was extra charge and nothing was really worth spending on. No dryer or dental kits in the room either. Definitely not worth it.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The restaurant at the top observatory was truly excellent - top notch food and drinks. The staff was attentive and helpful. One of the elevators was consistently getting stuck around our floor (8th floor) and when I experience it for the first time I immediately informed the staff. They said they would send someone to look at it right away, but during the 3 days we stayed there, the problem was not fixed. Additionally, there was a leak in our bathroom (I suspect AC-related).
