The different food events they have i believed every night. The landscaping and layout was very nice and lush. The private use of the cinema was great. The whiskey and lounge bar was very nice. I think they should have a do not disturb tag outside the door.

Nice boutique hotel surrounded by lush forests. Nice pool area, nice gym. Service is sometimes agonizingly slow. On Sunday afternoon, I made the mistake to order a desert where I had to follow-up several times with the waiters to finally receive it after about an hour.

Some manegerial staff we arrogant and demeaning.

The staff were helpful and the and property is very beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside our tent room. The rooms are sub par for the amount they charge.The shower was flooding to The Whole bathroom and so many other small issues that should not be happening for such a place.

Nothing was dissatisfied, however, it should be communicated that at such a high class resort, breakfast is included, but to a certain extent. If you are a guest there you recieve 5000 Shilling for each breakfast meal, should you go over that it is an out of pocket cost. Breakfast does take a moment to come to your table, so try and plan your day maybe two hours for breakfast in total. I also remember carrying a few of my bags upon being shown my room. I would recommend guest not having to touch their bags upon checkin. The safety of the counhtry is a bit concering, since there are metal detectors even if the places are upper class.

Pax Manor is a real oasis in Nairobi. Everywhere you look it is exceptional. The attention to detail is great. The staff very well trained and the food and ambiance excellent. Credit to Mr Thomas, Vivian, Lydia, Matthew, Elvis, Richard, Caren and so many others for making 48 hours exceptional. Thank you! Nothing. It was stellar!

The property is built in the heart of Karura forest and the view is breathtaking taking with a fresh breath and luxurious rooms and facilities to ensure your wellbeing and comfort. It’s breath taking beauty and how every vicinity is built to ensure the comfort of its guests! We would also love to thank Mr. Thomas to take the time to give us a warm welcome and check on us to ensure that we were well taken care of!
