Best hotel in Nairobi. Clean, comfortable, and very safe. They had the room ready right away with free early check-in from 10am. Breakfast was included and delicious (and everything was Halal). Wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to stay here again

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. Money exchange was available at the front desk, a nice perk. Breakfast was served at reasonable varied time and there was plenty to choose from. I had a lot of issues with water temperature in my bathroom; The water shower will only spew out cold/warm water every so often and I had to get an engineer each time to address this. This was very inconvenient and impacted my schedule a lot of times. There were no washcloths in the bathroom and the quality of towels were lacking for a 4-star hotel.

We also visited the massage center, and it was a fantastic experience. The massage therapists were highly professional, skilled, and followed traditional techniques. They truly did an outstanding job. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Tulip Canaan. I am very happy to give a 10-star rating to this hotel.

Location is great I checked in at 12 midnight after an 8 hr long flight. I had so many bags so the front desk stuff asked someone to help me with my bags to my room. Anyway I did not have any cash on me to tip the guy so I told him I will tip him in the morning, I just wanted to shower and go straight to bed. the guy said i should use my card to tip him that he cannot wait till tomorrow. He stood outside my door. So I had to go down to the front desk to tip him. I had no problem tipping him however I thought that was very unprofessional and rude. Anyway we were a group of 5 and we booked our stay for 7 nights but the service in the place wasn’t good at all. If anything most of the staffs were rude and not accommodating at all. They kept making up new rules everyday. We were not allowed to take pictures in the lobby, even though we are staying there, they told our guests that they are only allowed to visit for 2 hours, what kind of a hotel tells you how long your allowed to have people over. And it’s not like we were partying, The rooms are way smaller than advertised, the drainage in the bathroom wasn’t working, some of my friends rooms had brooked locks that they didn’t bother to repair before we checked in, that’s a 3 star hotel at best

Very nice place with amazing staffs. Was a real pleasure to stay at RT. The hotel is also very well located with great surroundings.

Location is good and accessible Hot shower did not work until the next day when I was checking out. Sheets were dirty when, the carpet is stuffy and old.

The food was halal which was great. Room service was fairly decent. The bathrooms are poorly designed and afford little privacy especially if the family involves a child. There are no hooks to hang clothes within the bathrooms. Some stuff in the room service was overcharged upon checkout so make sure that this is handled.
