The breakfast buffet catered for all and was well prepared. The staff at the reception (Edwin) were very helpful and courteous. The lunch buffet was also great; fish, beef, chicken, lots of fresh vegetables and fresh juices.

The location in Kileleshwa is great and the rooms have a great view. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was a little sparse, more options could be included.

Good, safe location in a quiet area, yet not far from places of interest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, good value. I would go again. We opted for room without breakfast as it is overpriced in my opinion. At night there was a lot of noise from 7th floor as they were moving furniture.

the room was declared as two twin beds but in fact it was a tiny room with one single bed, the size of the room didn't correspond to the defined and paid on this site. The air conditioner is broken, it's no functioning as it should and it is more than 20 years old. My daughter was badly poisoned in the hotel restaurant, me and my daughter were hospitalized due to the poisoning in the hotels' restaurant. The hotel stuff is impolite, annoying and rude. Unfortunately I don't recommend this hotel ((((

Top quality modest size hotel located in a residential area of Nairobi, not far from Westlands with its excellent Sarit Center mall. Near the Nairobi Arboretum with nice walking trails and monkeys! Limited restaurant menu.

Centrally located in a quiet residential area. Most importantly, the staff are nice. Their service was great. I decided to stay here twice upon my return to Nairobi. The staff also call and check in on you to ensure they are meeting your expectations.

The location is great and very clean and modern. The staffs are very friendly. They also have tight security to make sure thr guests are safe.

The property felt secure and comfortable. I was able to sleep without too much of a problem. There was an individual A/C unit, which is better than a shared central cooling unit that bigger hotel chains have, but I didn't need to use it. The bathroom is a generous size, and my room overall felt great for relaxing. The breakfast was nice and comprehensive too! The fitness center was fantastic and perfect for anyone looking to stay active while traveling. It is the best value-to-money ratio among the international hotel brands in Nairobi. The lighting is inconsistent - some of it was a warmer tone and others were a cooler tone. The refrigerator in the room can be a little noisy too. Some of the finishes in the bathroom were outdated and awkward, like the shower area looking older than the rest of the bathroom.
