What a great hotel in downtown Napa! Check in staff was very welcoming and gave us a complimentary glass of wine as we waited for our room. Concierge gave us good suggestions for wine tastings and dinners. Very nice room, and great rooftop bar and sun deck. Very walkable from hotel to shops, tasting rooms, coffee shops.

Beautiful hotel with easy downtown location. Good food at hotel and walkable in restaurants in every direction.

The hotel itself and our room was very clean and well maintained. Apparently we were given wrong information by the front desk staff. They told us on Sunday morning the bar would be open at 8am so we went down there sat down and no one came and waited on us. A lady that worked there went behind the bar grabbed something and didn’t even acknowledge us! Would have been nice for any one of the staff members walking back and forth to acknowledge us.

Hotel is in a great central location for dining at some excellent restaurants and venturing out to your favorite winery. Hotel staff is amazing and respectful along with the valet crew. Rooftop area is a great place to have a drink and hang out on the 6th floor. Now for the cons please be aware of booking a room on the street side of the hotel which is the main entry side . Very noisy from Karaoke room across the street and cars racing up and down the street at 12:00-2:30 am. I am definitely not a hater on people enjoying their free time and hanging out with friends partying. Everyone deserves to blow off the everyday stress in today’s world. If you stay up that late you will be ok but if you plan on going to bed earlier than that you will definitely not get a good nights sleep. Don’t say I did not warn you lol
