Napa Valley Hotel & Suites

Not clean, loud, terrible smell, unhelpful staff.

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday and the hotel is in an excellent location. Room was nice and spacious. Only downside is we did not know the pool was out of service. Otherwise a very nice weekend.

Nice property recommend

Check in was easy and front desk personnel was friendly. The location is great for walkable dining, shopping, etc. the room I stayed in was not great. Bathroom walls and door were dirty. The water was only warm, and there were long strands of hair left on the bed.

I like that it was downtown centered. I didn't like the smell upon entering the room.it wasn't fresh. I had to leave the door open to air it out. I would suggest air freshener for a more pleasant scent.

This hotel is in a great location. It's downtown within walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms. I was there for one night and served It's purpose. My room was okay. The shower head was shorter than I was, the carpet could be replaced, the corners of the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned and the back of the bathroom door needed to be cleaned or painted.

Only thing good about this place is the location. Besides that room smelled like straight bleach, showers are made from people 3ft and under, the toilet pressure turns off at night so flushing is impossible, the cable stops working past a certain time. And parking is first come first serve with no I location if the people parking there are actually staying there we saw 3 cars leave at the end of the night and the front desk worker called us poor indirectly several times just beacuse we said we lived in the inland empire

Certainly beat the cost of all hotels in area. Great location.

Older hotel, small rooms, parking can be difficult. However, it’s a great location and one block from shopping, bars and restaurants.

Room pictures on hotels.com made the rooms look nicer. Needed new carpet and paint. Won’t stay again

Prefect location. Everything is walking distance. The receptionist was so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable about the best spots to explore. Would absolutely be coming back and booking this hotel. 10/10 experience!

The pool was closed for maintenance on a hot summer day which was a bummer.

Monday night was pretty quiet. Tuesday was a different story. Some guest arrived to the room above us. People were loud and we could hear them talking and laughing pretty loud. When they walked around the room it felt and sounded as if they were running up there. The noice kept me awake most of the night. Around 3:30a.m. in the morning we could hear that water was running like if some one was taking a shower. The noise ended when the guest left around 7:30 a.m. ( I read some complaints on the reviews about thin paper walls at the hotel, but I thought people were exaggerating) I went to the front desk around 6:40 to complaint but nobody was there. Around 7:00 a.m. I went back to the front desk and Gary was on duty. By the way Gary is great. He gives the best service and he cares about your concerns. Gary checked for my running water concern as soon as the guest left and he told me that it was the toilet that was running not the shower.

Very affordable and centrally located near everything. Beds were hard and it’s outdated but I would totally stay again considering the price. It was clean and I parked and walked everywhere.

Air conditioning wasn’t working well

The location was great! The sheets and towels were clean but the carpet was really dirty.
